Morning Muesli


Sunday night is usually spent preparing my muesli for the week. I add whatever i happen to have on hand and it tastes so good every time. It's so easy making it yourself and you know exactly what's going into it! 

Follow this recipe or change it up as you please!

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup puffed quinoa
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 cups of chopped nuts, seeds and berries (i like to use almonds, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sultanas, pitted dates, goji berries, dried apple etc)
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of cinnamon 

Method:
Scatter all dry ingredients over a lined baking tray and sprinkle over cinnamon. Drizzle honey over the top and bake in a low oven for around 20 minutes, stirring everything around after about 10 minutes.

Serve with a a good quality yoghurt such as Jalna and top with berries or whatever you please. I like to serve mine with LSA, chia seeds and acai powder too.
