The Daily Knicker

Check out model Tiah Eckhardt's tumblr 'The Daily Knicker'. Boys, I get she is a mega babe and easy to perve on, but girls, she actually has some insightful information on the underwear pictured and it is accurate too. I can vouch for this personally as I have some of the underwear she has rated and I think she was spot on.

Coming Out of the Cave (In Red)

I have been a little bit of a hermit lately, well actually I have been away visiting family so I have an excuse. Needless to say I was itching to go out this weekend, so off I hopped to C-Grade with my main man and co (No Slimity unfortunately, she is now in study mode). I bought this little Bassike red dress last week as I have been on the hunt for a red dress for quite some time now. I think we can blame that on listening to too much Lana Del Rey and her many references to 'slipping on a red dress'. Anyway, this one is 100% linen, and Bassike is my favourite so it's a win, win. A little on the transparent side, but lucky the fashion God's created slips and pretty red bras. Shoes - 2 Baia Vista from Zomp, and by golly the most comfortable platforms a girl can wear. Jacket - Melia By Night one of my favourite Melbourne labels.

Morning Muesli

Sunday night is usually spent preparing my muesli for the week. I add whatever i happen to have on hand and it tastes so good every time. It's so easy making it yourself and you know exactly what's going into it! 

Follow this recipe or change it up as you please!

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup puffed quinoa

1/4 cup coconut flakes

2 cups of chopped nuts, seeds and berries (i like to use almonds, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sultanas, pitted dates, goji berries, dried apple etc)

2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon of cinnamon 

Method:

Scatter all dry ingredients over a lined baking tray and sprinkle over cinnamon. Drizzle honey over the top and bake in a low oven for around 20 minutes, stirring everything around after about 10 minutes.

Serve with a a good quality yoghurt such as Jalna and top with berries or whatever you please. I like to serve mine with LSA, chia seeds and acai powder too.
